Return and Refund Policy

At Crystals Drops, we aim to provide a clear and fair return experience for every handbag purchased. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges for customers in the United States.

Return Window

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
  • Only items meeting the Product Condition requirements are eligible for return (see below).
  • Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Only new items qualify, defined as products that are unopened in original packaging or unused.
  • Items not meeting these criteria are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Non-defective items if the customer wishes to exchange

Return Shipping Cost

Crystals Drops Covers Shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping.
  • Customers receive a prepaid return label for such items.

Customer Covers Shipping:

  • For returns not due to defect or error (e.g., change of mind, unwanted item, wrong size), customers arrange and pay for return shipping.
  • Customers must provide a valid shipping label for the returned item.

Return Labels

  • Provided for defective or damaged items upon request.
  • Non-defective returns require customers to provide their own shipping label.

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee applies to any returned item.

Return Process

  1. Contact support@crystalsdrops.com to start a return.
  2. Include order number, reason, and product details.
  3. Receive a return authorization with instructions for shipping.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees (except for defective/damaged items) are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If a refund is not received within 10 business days:
    1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
    2. Contact your payment provider.
    3. If still unresolved, email support@crystalsdrops.com.

Change of Mind

  • Accepted within the 30-day window.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs in such cases.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for items meeting the Product Condition criteria.
  • Contact support@crystalsdrops.com with order details.
  • Exchange processing follows the same steps as regular returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours via support@crystalsdrops.com, including photos and order details.
  • Replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.
